A layout is more than a pile of parts. The CAD has to hold the arrangement — beam path, cable run, access, bolt grid — so the assembly still makes sense after someone moves a mount. CADCraft models project layouts and benches as assemblies you can build from: parts, keep-outs, and drawings. That includes optical and electro-optic benches when the project needs them, and ordinary mechanical layouts when it does not. Representative of system and project layouts.
